WGKIMS Operations is a self-contained workspace that runs on your own device. This notice walks through how the app handles the information you enter, one point at a time.
On your device
The tasks you schedule, the records register you maintain, the meetings you note, the procedures you write up and the time logs you keep are all stored on the device you are using. That information stays in your hands, ready to be edited or cleared whenever you decide, and removing the app removes it as well.
No account required
WGKIMS Operations opens directly into your workspace. It requires no account, no registration and no password, and it continues to work without a connection, because the workspace it shows is built from what is saved on the device rather than from a server that we run.
Software components
The app is built with Google Play Services, which provides standard functionality on Android devices, and Google Fonts, which provides the typefaces used in the interface; both are provided by Google. These components are part of the ordinary running of the app and are listed here for transparency.
Looking after your records
Because your records live on the device, their protection is closely linked to the protection of the device itself, and keeping a device passcode in place is a sensible safeguard. Where this notice is refreshed to reflect how the app works, the current version is always the one published on this page.
